All right. Last change for a while. Since I missed a couple folks, I'll tweak Myron too.

Great! I'm so inspired! I have been on workout hiatus since hernia surgery (don't worry, my surgeon told me this was born, not made) and am slowly (finally) getting some strength back. I just tested at 17. I'll have 40 by Sept. 1. Thanks for the challenge (hope I'm not too late to get added to the cool graphics)!

Well I'm crap at chins and really need some motivation to up my numbers, so can you please add me?
Currently doing 8 would like to be at 30 come Sept, but will settle for a more realistic goal of 20 by Sept.
Thanks,
Keith.

How about weighted pullups?

I am training for rock climbing and doing a muscle-up so I am more interested in working towards 10 strict weighted pull-ups (weight to be defined, maybe 10-20 kilos aka 22-44 lbs) than 30 bodyweight (not that I don' t admire people who can do 30+; I can only do about 16!)

Anyone else (I' ll need motivation)?
Keep up the good work!

Lynn could you e-mail me the particulars ? I would love to have my recruits jump in on this. I realize adding 25 -35 names might be a bit much so i can chart it here on my end in a separate file. But I would love to be included as well. see me at 20 strict current, raise me 10 ? ( is this like poker ? )
