Pressing against the bar (ront fever)

I want to know what exercise I can do to strengthen the motion where you're pressing against the bar if you were kipping into a front lever. Where you arms are straight and you squeeze your lats and upper back. The only thing I can think of that replicates that motion is working with bands and just pulling down on them to the sides of your hips with straight arms.

Gymnasts often use Total Gyms for light Rings training. They can be useful for teaching skills like inlocates/dislocates which turn into front and back giants.

Besides bands, you can use dumbbells.

Or just learn a front lever by training the progressions.
