Jumps

Hi guys , i was looking for a work out, i found box jump overs, i don't have a box due i work on ship, but i do have a tyer , you think tyer jump overs will be ok , its seem challenging

Can you land on the top of the tire though? My understanding of a box jump over is you land on the top of the box, but then jump off to the opposite side.
