Training program for a period with broken arms...ouch.

Dear fellow crossfitters,
Last sunday is broke both my arms during a push press accident.
I was knocked back over and the weight landed on my arms. Tough luck.

I need your help to stay fit for the next 8 weeks. I am only allowed to pull/press with as much weight as a glas of water with my hands and arms.

I cannot risk doing anything wherei have to take a fall with my hands, but there must be something i can do...

What are your thoughts on this?

Any comments, ideas or inspiration is much appreciated!pepper:

Hugs

Run, air squats, Box jumps, possibly normal squats if you can grip the bar.
If you go to a globo you can use almost all the leg machines, curls, presses and so on. Normal sit ups, calf raises, no limit to what you can do.

Oh and really bad luck with the arms.... That can,t be fun
