My pullup bar at home sits about eye hieght and has 1 foot of cieling clearnace, so everything has to be done with bent knees and can't even try a MU - only can pull hard to the low chest. Oh yeah it's also just a 1' pipe hanging in 2 climbing slings so it swings and rotates a little, although I have it rigged to cut down on that. The bar I use on the weekends at the playground is also low but does have unlimited head room. But, it's 2 1/2" around. I've got pretty close last weekend.

Went to Maxercise today at lunch and got the pullup bar MU on about the 5th try. Did 5-6 including one double and one in front of Maxwell.

Sometimes not having the perfect training set up is good. Way too psyched to work now.

Of course the "shut up and train and yes you can do 300-400 pullups a week" CF "attitude adjustment" were keys. I've also lost 6 lbs since my 3/12 pullup/DL comp leaving me at 188 at about 9%.

Get some indeed

Bill

Congrats Bill! I don't have access to rings, so I've been working on straight bar MUs too. I'm far far away from one though. I can get it if I jump into it. Does that count?

That is very cool Bill. I have yet to try a bar MU because of not having a bar so I am jealous. Once a gain good job.
