Here goes nothing...

Today is day 2 of my CrossFit experience. I'm tired of looking and feeling like I do at present. I am pretty excited about this. I find myself anxiously awaiting for the publishing of the WOD.

Subbed 30 mins on the C2 for the 5k (knees can't take the running anymore...) That rower's a bear...I like it.

First time in my life I've done Front Squats.

20-30 x 45 to get form down. Felt good.

Feel like my legs could have handled quite a bit more weight, don't know that my shoulders and wrists could, though. Continue to work on form.
