Last day of heavy squats!!

75%x3
90%x4
95%x4x3

All went up without a hitch. I'll have limited access to a squat rack for the next week, so I think I'll use this time to 'taper' I'll do some heavy doubles (315... my old max?) and maybe a tentative new max on Monday, deadlift on Wednesday, and hit it hard when I get back.

Last taper workout today:

Squat 4x135
Squat 3x185
Squat 3x225
Squat 2x275
Squat 1x315 (matches former pr)
Squat 1x335 (conservative new PR)
Squat 1x365 (honest new PR!)
Squat 1x385 failed (ambitious new PR)

So +50lbs in 4 weeks, not bad!

Did a 'hit-everything' type workout today which incorporated:
HSPUs, wide grip strict pullups, dips, standing dumbbell military press (1-arm and 2-arm), hanging situps, overhead squats with empty bar, dumbbell swings 2-arm.

1x455 failed, got it about three inches off the ground, I could tell I would have a 'grip-problem' if I kept pulling.

REST DAY TODAY, but for reference, my current CFT is 990 (taking my all-time best MP, instead of the 165 I 'gave' myself yesterday).

CFT/BWT = 5.02

Need to improve to-
MP = 195, 20 pounds
Squat = 390, 20 pounds
Deadlift = 490, 45 pounds

CFT' = 1075
CFT'/BWT = 5.5
