Schwin Airdyne bike

Do you guys recommend these I have an opportunity to purchase one for $200 in brand new condition.

These are great conditioning tools. This is probably a great price, depending on the actual age and features of the bike. I see these going for double the price or more or Craigslist, so you should give it a shot and if you don't like it you can probably turn around and sell it for a profit.

Get it. Outstanding conditioning tool, great for quick warm ups, and tabatas on it will wipe you out. Also great for knee rehab and healthy knees in general. We only have one, but it is in use all the time.

Yep. Is it an older version? If so, I would pass on the 200 dollar tag. I have two in my house and spent 125 dollars. Total.

$200?! Yes indeed i would get it. Intervals on it are awesome ... i would use one at my gym i just left and i loved it..

Airdynes are awesome. But 30 cal/min for 10 minutes is superhuman. Tabata intervals on the Airdyne are great, but I die after about 6 rounds. I can't get 60 calories in those 3 minutes. I'm old. Be ready to lay on the ground for 10 minutes or so after.
