Schwin Airdyne bike - Page 3

Man I really want to try that challenge now! I bought our Airdyne for scaling people with knee or shoulder injuries or who couldn't run so I didn't really think of using for WODs.

I know James threw it out that he would give a free shirt to anyone who could do it. I have done the 300FY on the rower and it is just horrible. I am planning on getting an Airdyne later this year, and am sort of looking forward to it.

this thing is an *** kicker. First use was a 20 min 30 sec on 30 sec rest. Second was a 8 min tabata. Tabata sucked the worst. 10 seconds is no rest. I'm really glad I bought this bike. Look them up on craigslist. Schwin discontinued the AD4 model altogether. Get one now before people realize they are desired!

Based on the ones I've seen on Craigslist, that's a very good price for a brand new one. I'd buy it if it were me.

Since we are on the subject does anyone have an extra display laying around. My digital display is broken and I am in search of a new or used one.

I think most would choose the AD4 over Evo, I would.
