Re: 5 moms, 1 rugby player and a full contact fighter

Question about KB Swings...I have seen this on a few occasions, so I thought I would ask.

Is a proper kettlebell swing supposed to go straight over head in a full range of motion? I have seen clips where people are stopping their swing at face-level. Which is "more correct" or are both demonstrating correct form?

I am not nit-picking...I was just curious since I work out on my own and use many of these videos as models for what I should do for myself.

Overhead is what I believe is known as an American Swing, and the prefered swing of CF. Correct?
