After about 1.5 hours of O-lifting practice i decided to take Cindy out on a date.

Pulled off 17rounds+5pullups/10pushups...just 15 squats shy of 18. My previous PR was 10 rounds...and that was fresh. Feeling pretty good right now, but fried. Ever workout so hard it hurt to chew? Bingo. One of the guys on the Rugby team here @ State pulled 26 rounds in 20minutes. What a beast! I can honestly say i have no lack of motivation to better myself here. 26 rounds....stay tuned

Good job, especially after olympic lifting.

Tell that rugby guy he's got a ways to go. The highest I've seen was in the mid thirties.

Jesus that's almost 2 rounds a minute. I wonder what the record is. Does anyone know?

I've wondered what the Cindy record is as well. She's about the most crushing to me of all 'the girls'. Not sure why because thrusters are the single most punishing exercise for me and Fran is lousy with those.

I would guess that the highest possible score would be 40, as I can sprint and do the first two rounds in a minute, and there's got to be someone out there who can train to the point where he or she can maintain that pace for 20 minutes.

I might have to do Cindy tomorrow and just see how well I do. I doubt I can come close to the 40 yet... but I bet with time that I could attain it. Not saying how much I would move in the next few hours, but for 20 minutes... I would be alive *grin*.

I would say Kelly's effort would have to be up in the ranks, 31 rds.She often makes the boys numbers look like warmups.

But hey if its ever getting too easy for you lads just add 10 more minutes or 5 more reps to each exercise.
Attrition comes to all.

Andrew I think I would die if I added another ten minutes. I am unsure of what got me through the last 5 minutes.

BUT

I am proud to announce my new PR for cindy... ha I took her home today.

32 rounds and 5 pullups

Started with the aim of mid-twenties. I hit that with about 6 minutes left on the clock. I just kept going.

Though if I could get the legs in better condition this would be a joke. The pulls and pushes barely slow me down... all my time is spent doing squats.

That felt beautiful. I can't wait for my WOD in the morning tomorrow!

Oh yeah just noting the first post... but this is the third workout of the day.

Cindy is beautiful! That along with FGB have to be my favourites!

Last time I hit a new PR of 25. I'm curious to see how long it will take me to reach 30! :proud:

I introduced my girlfriend to cindy tonight.

10 rounds with pullups assisted by some bands.

I've never seen my girlfriend so sweaty!
