For the squat portion of the circuit, are they weighted or just air squats?}}

I think their air squats since a weight isn't specified. I'm going to do weighted front squats.

jesus! i just got back from the gym and did this workout. painful! i did the squats with a 20lb. plate held out in front of me. by the third set i was breaking up the pull-ups into two sets, and used the gravitron on the last set. also, i didn't rest at all between sets, except to catch a very quick sip of water.

when i was finished i almost ralphed and felt like i was going to pass out. i lay on the mat for about ten minutes just trying not to lose it!

Friday's workout killed me. Still feeling pain, can't believe I have to try muscle-ups today!

Caution: do not eat a super chicken burrito the night before attempting this workout.

I nearly hurled my burrito during this workout, but I did get a new personal record on the pull-ups - 12! I think the CrossFit warm-up from this month's CrossFit journal really helped.

Instead of air squats I did front squats with 65 lbs on the bar. Fun stuff!
