Workout of the Day Questions & performance regarding CrossFit's WOD

Missed the WOD, SOOO now do I....

Yesterday I did a hour class of Mauy Thai (so I got some training in), but I missed the WOD yesteday (which looked like a good heavy one!)

NATE: As many rounds in 20 Min:
2 Muscle-ups
4 Handstand Push-ups
8 2-Pood Kettlebell swings

Today is a 'rest day'... I couldn't get into training Mauy Thai, and am wondering if I should do the WOD (NATE) from yesterday to compensate.

Pro/Con:
I do the workout, BUT that means it's a heavy one, right before the next 3 RX'd WODs.
Tomorrow morning I was thinking of doing a 45min conditioning class at Mauy Thai, which would make that WOD even harder (esp. if I do the makeup today)


So the question is: Do you make up for a missed WOD?

(I'm sure this has been asked 100times, but I only found 1 thread in my search that was close, and it was due to injury)

At ease Ryan, you were able to get some sort of training in, enjoy the rest day and proceed as prescribed tomorrow......
