Last year a member of our affiliate brought his daughter - she was less than 10 years old - and she competed.
Ruth, the 10-year-old, did amazing! She's proof that you don't have to be a fire breather to compete. It was awesome watching push herself the entire time. Hopefully she and her dad will be back again this year.

If the Wagners don't show, I'll be disappointed.

I certainly hope that us non-beastly folks are allowed to compete.

Seriously, who cares if you can't do the mainsite as Rx'd? Do what you can, scale when you need to, and do your best - that's all that matters. You'll be having too much fun anyway (maybe not during the workout but still...). And if anything it'll motivate the hell out of you to work on those weak links, at least that's what happened to me. You got 3 months to prepare, Do it!!!

Ruth was adorable, I hope she and her dad are back this year!

No excuses this year, Mike. CF Apex really should represent. I mean, it is co-owned by the Fittest Woman on the Planet.

Not 100% sure yet. I hoping to start taking some classes this fall to fulfill prereqs for grad school, but if there's no conflict between that and the Challenge I'll definitely give it a shot!

Can't wait for this! CFEF will be sending 10-15 people up John.

Awesome, Caleb. Just make sure they sign up before it's too late. Quite a few folks this year are saying that they're going to bring lots of people from their gyms. We're going to accommodate as many people as we safely can, but it is a first come first served deal. Don't be left out!
