Yeah, they have some pretty decent info. The last one was about the IF that most modern hunter-gatherers do, which is eating nothing but dinner...pretty interesting stuff!

I signed up for that too, the last newsletter was awesome. The info on how HG's eat one meal a day at night is pretty interesting and almost exactly matches the Warrior Diet.
