Crossfit in the Marine Times

The main article in the "Off Duty" section of the most recent Marine Times newspaper was about Crossfit. Did any of you see it? I wasn't too impressed with it. Sure, it's great that more people are learning about it, but the article tried to prescribe workouts for people and teach them how to do "squats" and "power cleans" through a few steps in writing, not to mention I don't think they were explained properly.

It also failed to mention the fact that Crossfit isn't a "workout program" like something out of a muscle magazine, but a method / idea for fitness.

Oh, whoops! Got it. I think Brian explained why the article had some useful stuff left out - they cut it to fit their style when they receive his article before they print it!
