Okay, so after 27 ZONE PERFECT days, I just binged on 7oz of chocolate covered cashews and a 20 ounce Sprite!

I would flog myself, but I'm against self-inflicted violence.

So I'll be jumping rope from 7-8PM and then I'll do the WOD at 8. Going to a movie at 9, so I'll smuggle in celery in case I need to munch on something.

What should my penance be?

Don't beat yourself up you need to eat the foods you enjoy now and again. Only punish yourself you spend an entire day on some junk food binge. Just maintain normal meals and have a binge meal now and again.

Okay. True I shouldn't get all mean on myself, but wasn't I supposed to lose the sugar cravings? Others on the site talk of getting ill if they eat anything too sugary or carb-laden, and they get cravings for water and manna. And I went into the CVS to pick up shampoo, and next thing I'm eating chocolate covered cashews out of the can in front of the display...
I just lost it a bit today. Tomorrow, I'll do better.

if you crave chocolate you may need to increase your Magnesium with a supplement.

I must be in need of some magnesium. Ate several pieces of valentine's candy today. Chocolate, like heroin only legal.

yes, rumor has it, women can get magnesium deficient around that time of the month....
