Glad to see you reported back! I'll be doing today's workout after work. I didn't read the FAQ's so I'm glad you mentioned that. I'll take it to 20 week then re-assess where I'm at. My workout log is under my name, probably on page 2 or 3 since I took Saturday and Sunday off and just shoveled snow all weekend!

Completely fell off the bandwagon last week.
