This is my PR or big set song right now. I think this one was Courtesy of Mr. William Hess.

After losing my headphones, I have to agree. I can't deadlift to Ricky Martin.

Re: Your Workout Music Playlists

I primarily would listen to instrumental music, mainly music from movie trailers, video games, epic theme songs.

I have the Conan the Barbarian soundtrack on my mp3, the God of War soundtrack, the theme for Avengers- film and former cartoon, the theme from the 90's xmen cartoon, Bane's theme from Batman, and many songs from the band "Two Steps from Hell." It literally feels like you're saving from world lol.

I also got epic speeches. Sometimes I'd walk to my gym listening to Ralph Waldo Emerson's "Self Reliance" (fantastic audio), Reagen's "We must fight" speech which is recorded over the Transformers, "Arrival" theme, and some other audio books. If you remember the Old Spice, "I can do anything" speech, I have that on there too. If you can find a site that lets you download videos from youtube into audio. Your workouts will thank you.

Here's Two Steps from Hell's "Protectors of the Earth" song. Instrumental. (work safe link)

lol enjoy.

Re: Your Workout Music Playlists

I like to listen to bands like: Rise Against, Dropkick Murphys, Flogging Molly and Dispatch/State Radio when I am working out.

Re: Your Workout Music Playlists

I highly suggest to put this on your mp3. I haven't seen the movie but it's the viking prayer scene from the 13th Warrior. I watched it so many times before I hit the gym. I beat up the bar thinking of this! LOL.
