Re: Your Workout Music Playlists

Um. Lots. I don't have a specific playlist, I have a few albums on my phone that I listen to though. Some Skindred, Slipknot, Stonesour, Bad Religion, The Bleeders, Them Crooked Vultures, Eagles of Death Metal, Queens of the Stone Age, One Minute Silence, Rage Against the Machine, Rise Against, Gorillaz, Macklemore, Steriogram, Trapt, System of a Down, Rammstein, Kasabian, Kaiser Chiefs, Foo Fighters, Disturbed, The Datsuns, Weezer, Black Keys...

...and the list goes on. I hate repetition so try and keep it varied.

No specific playlist, but instead set the iTunes to play random from rock like Motörhead, iron maiden, heaven and hell, disturbed, five finger death punch, some Metallica, and Ronnie James Dio

That's funny.

I have a 250ish song playlist with a lot of Eminem, some other hip-hop, grunge and metal, some dancepop and a few oddballs like Darth Vader's theme.

Nothing, I have a ''home gym'' and don't have any music. Just me and the bar and focus.

That's how I like to lift also when doing my olympic work. If it's powerlifting, then there are certain songs that get me amped up. Examples would be Rick Ross Everyday I'm Hustlin or Lincon Park Numb.

For Met Cons I don't care or listen to it if I'm alone. For a class I will turn something on.

For runs (every kind from 1 mile to 9) I don't listen to anything.

Re: Your Workout Music Playlists

Same playlist for all workouts...WODs, oly lifting and running. Mostly hard and heavy: Sevendust, A7X, Disturbed, Foo Fighters, Dope, Prodigy...with the occassional blast of Beastie Boys or Fort Minor for a change of pace.

I love having music playing, especially in the garage, when it's just me and my gear, getting after it.
