Men's Watch
Does anyone know of a men's watch that they would recommend to a crossfitter/runner?
Thanks, Mike |

Hard to beat a Timex Ironman or Casio G-shock.

Re: Men's Watch
Generally, G-Shocks won't allow you to set a countdown timer for less than 1 minute, which severely limits its usefulness for interval workouts.
I've never used this watch nor did I actually read this article, but this might help: http://thewirecutter.com/reviews/bes...orerunner-210/ (wfs) |

Re: Men's Watch
I set my G-shock to intervals of whatever I want, less than 1 minute is no big deal. I have a G-2310 for what it's worth.

Re: Men's Watch
My G-Shock has a stop watch and a timer (timer goes up to 24 hours) and is water resistant; I really only take it off to clean it once and a while.
I have the Tough Solar. Got it on-line w/ free shipping for under $80. |

Re: Men's Watch
I am a big fan of this watch:
http://www.amazon.com/Timex-Unisex-T...pd_sbs_watch_1 (wfs) It is cheap, has a timmer and countdown, but most importantly it has two intervals so that you can easily program tabatas. It is a little on the small side though. |

Wal-mart. $10 digital watch. All you really need is a stopwatch.

Re: Men's Watch
I endorse the Timex Ironman Flix
http://www.amazon.com/Timex-T5E231-I...9337393&sr=1-1 wfs It has a 9 interval timer and countdown timer, I've used this type of watch for about 8 years, and I don't think I'll ever change. |

By 9 interval timers, does that mean that you set it to do a tabata? It can alternate the 20/10? Thanks |

Re: Men's Watch
I like my Garmin Forerunner 405, although trying to do lifts with it on is difficult as it's a pretty chunky watch.
