Timothy's Training
So last night I tried something new for me and that was a 13 round workout. 21-18-15-12-9-6-3-6-9-12-15-18-21. KB Swings (45lbs) and push-ups. I was extremely tired after the 27 minute workout but this morning feel great. Crossfit is a way of life not a workout routine.

Re: Timothy's Training
Glad to hear you are enjoying it, Tim!
That workout does not sound fun, but one of the appeals to this plan is pushing oneself and doing things that are tough. With modern life being so comfortable for so many I think it's very good for people to get out and do hard things. Keep it up! |

Re: Timothy's Training
Life was getting to the point where everything I was taking for granted. I blessed to have a great wife and 2 great children who all started to push me and I most enjoy pushing myself now. I am down 36 pounds and feel awesome since starting Crossfit about a year ago. It is an addiction now and I love it.
