Creatine Question
I've decided to give creatine a shot for about a month. My understanding is that a 5g dose a day is generally prescribed. Should I supplement it every day or only on workout days? Also, a month is long enough to see results if they're going to happen, right?

Yeah you'd save a little money but it would be at the expense of effectiveness. From what I understand the "loading phase" stuff some brands recommend is marketing garbage, but you want a steady level of intake even on non-training days. Creatine is pretty cheap, I've gotten 1kg (or 200x5g servings) for around $20 before, so it's not too pricey to take every day.

Wow, that is super cheap. I understand Chris supplies quality product, so I'll definitely look into that after I finish my tub of cheap (in terms of quality) stuff.
