Could I get a BF estimate?

Hi all! I'm trying to get a feel for my body fat percentage.

20yr, 190lbs - 6'2"

When I flex I can see the outline of 5 abs (top 4, then one large bottom one)

First is unflexed, second is flexed.

Thanks!

I estimate 1%... what do I win?

Get yourself to a formal bf measuring service or doctor, asking random people on the internet is not a great way to get an accurate idea of your bodyfat.
