Lighter the better...but a lot depends on how you typically eat throughout the day.
If you are "low-carb," why do any ration of carbs in the am, with exception of maybe half an apple with some nut butter? It would not be efficient. And yes, metabolism is fiending for food, but glyco levels are still high in the am. Utilize that and take in some caffeine to mimic the glyco stores and increase metabolism without changing energy systems. It will take some getting used to, but it is very efficient. SP |
