I was watching the burgener warmup video an thought to myself that this would be a good way to learn the proper movement for the snatch and clean. When I was completing the first few steps I thought yeah this seems ok. When I moved onto the middle steps where the elbows come up like a scarecrow I realised that I have lack of flexibility in the shoulder/trap area and that my attempt resembled little of the ladies example. What is the best drill to get shoulder flexibility for this exercise as my elbows just dont seem to pull high enough?

Are you using a PVC pipe or a barbell? I'd advise to just keep working on the drill with the PVC pipe.

I am actually using PVC piping so the flexibility must be absolutely horrendous??
