I've been "hooking" for 20yrs - I still feel my thumbs.

Strange, I lost feeling in the tip of my left thumb during a 5rm set of deads. Its been 3 weeks and I still dont have full feeling back although its improved.

Well, the only way to prevent the loss of sensation is to grunt. When everyone sees how jacked and tan you are, all feeling will return.

Brad Gillingham pulls in the 900lb range and I think his thumbs are fine.
