back to paleo... woohooo
sooooo for awhile i fell off my paleo wagon. i am now back on as much as possible... i understand there are a few things that are way to hard and strict but i am following as close to as possible... what you guys all think of my diet? i am trying to slim down too...
7am - 2 eggs and some rock melon and almonds
10am - 60g chicken, 75g steamed veggies, walnuts
12.30 - 60g tuna, mixed salad leaves with lemon juice, avacado
3pm - 60g chicken, carrot sticks, almonds
5.30pm - grilled lamb or steak or fish with veggies or salad
if still hungry, protein shake (lactose and gluten free) with water after workout.
anyway thats basically it... sometimes i will have 1 egg with some bacon or whatever and mix it around a bit but you guys get the idea... oh and i drink espresso coffee and green tea... and take fish oil tabbies.
p.s. i am 171 cms and about 64kgs
