It's the little things(PR's) in life that matter

Hehe that's how it starts. You'll be up to 100 before you know it

Re: My current PR's

Ran my first 5km today in probably.... for ever I think!

24:30

I was pretty happy! I'm no runner and I'm my BW is 220lbs!

Then a new shoulder press 5RM PR = 121lbs/55kg

The shoulder press and bench press are really my weakness. Need to work on that alot.

I tried 126lbs/57.5kgs but it only went up 3 times.

Re: My current PR's

Showed up early today to work on my muscle ups. I set myself the goal to get my first one bofore I had my one year CF anniversary(6th of september).

I had failed on 3-4 attempts... was getting ready to stop but decided to give it a one more try and this time really swing my head forward like I was trying to headbutt a soccer ball or something....

Well what do you know..... GOT MY FIRST MUSCLE UP

Something just clicked and I made it.

Tried one more time and did another one!! But then I failed on the third one, arms pretty tired by this point!

So so so happy to finally be able to do this and I'm going to keep working on them so I won't "lose them"
