combining blocks to live a "normal" home life

so i moved in with the gf and am finding it extremely hard to stick to the zone diet anymore. im a 15 block guy (3 4 2 4 2) and was wondering if i could just slam those last two meals together to have a normal dinner with the misses.

I would spread the rest of the meals accordingly, so instead of eating at 9, 12, 3, 6, 9, it would be something like 3 4 3 5 at 9am 12, 4, 8.

what would be the adverse effects?

Re: combining blocks to live a "normal" home life

If you're worried about not eating enough meals or something - don't be. You can eat 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 or how ever many meals you want. There's some other threads that link so some studies showing that the number of meals you eat each day doesn't matter. Quality, quantity and ratio of C F & P matter.
