I have been doing "walking" pistols lately, in addition to reps per leg in one set. Rather than alternating standing in one spot, I just simply "walk" across the room.

I was thinking of a challenge in which athletes race 50 yards or more with walking pistols. Im not sure if that idea has come up or not.

Cheers

Roy,

Are you hopping at the end of the pistol to move forward, or stepping forward?
I've done frog hops before (hops to jumps for distance). They hurt. Maybe I'll true the one-leg variation tomorrow...

No, just walking. Hopping would be better, though.
