i do the wod of the day is it ok to do somthing after it like a bicep work out if you dont get use much of them in your work out i ride and skip for warm up along with strecthing and bench press lite

You are free to do whatever you like but for additional work we like to see people work on gymnastics skills and other functional movements.

After a 100 rep pull-up WO like today I suspect your pythons will be plenty stimulated!

Kevin, if you don't mind paying for it there is a series of pictures showing the handstand push up in issue 7, Mar 2003 of the Crossfit Journal.
