Joint Pain

Been Crossfitting for about 6 mo. and the results are measureable. I'm stronger, leaner and faster than ever in my life (I'm 57). I will be seeking Level 1 Cert. soon. One area of concern has been chronic joint pain, mainly in the hip joints. I have always been an avid runner and never had any issues with hips or knees. Any ideas or suggestions? Pain management is already going.
