Call me a pain in the *** on form, but I'm guessing you didn't have it.

Check out the demo video - feet flat. http://media.crossfit.com/cf-video/CrossFit_Burpees.wmv
Nope, I had it. My feet were flat the whole time. Did my form slump and start to suck towards the end? Yeah, of course it did, just as peoples form starts to break and suck towards the end of Fran, fight gone bad, Diane, etc. etc. But, I still got my feet flat and I still got my one foot jump, give or take an inch or two. I mean really, how do you gauge one foot when you're panting for air and not always looking down at your feet?

I appreciate the sarcastic remarks, though. You must be perfect and have perfect form all the time. Must be nice.

When you go down for the pushup, go all the way down on your belly, lift hands and feet in the air (all four appendages at once).

I finished in 4:22 after doing the Shoulder press/push press/push jerk WOD...so not bad, considering my shoulders were dead!!

I hate burpees...but yet love them so dearly......dude, I must be sick!

2:56 (after squats and deadlifts...stupid). It hurt to breathe deeply after I was done. It was worse than Fran for a few minutes; I thought I tore my ribs out.

I was at 23 through my first minute, so yeah, someone could definitely hit 2 min. with good form.

I'm fairly certain my form was terrible on the last ten. It's amazing how quickly this one can burn you out. I was thinking I could breeze through after the first 10.

2:52 w/ more than one form critique watching the whole time (and touching a zip tie on a rope 1" above my reach being reached over each rep). possible for pretty fast times w/ this one, just must keep going. i wasn't blazing but i never stopped.

Kicked my quads to bits this one. Muscular failure was the limiting factor more than CV stress. But then again, I sold my endurance to Satan long ago...
