not random, but not following a loop either.
There is a method to their selection, but you'll never be able to predict the next one, you can just guess. |

The reason I ask, is this week seems to be all powere lifting and (weighted pullups.) Not as much cario in the mix

There is a logic behind the workouts. You wouldn't see pullups three days in a row for example. And I'd expect some intense cardio to appear later this week based on the heavey lifting of the last three days.
That's what I mean by method. Maybe I should have said logic instead. My point is that the workouts clearly aren't random. |
