Things are looking up for us at SPC-Crossfit. We are in negotiations for a new box, should workout well. Plus, I just signed a contract on a new home. That is all fine and dandy, but the real prize is the 30x40 pole barn that comes on the 3 acres. I am pumped to create a home gym. So pumped that I talked with the baseball coach at the HS and we are going to setup a batting cage (sliding) in there also. Hoping to bring a few baseball players over to CF.

Also, an "if you build it" idea ( I am originally from Iowa, so this makes sense)(Field of Dreams reference for those that didn't get that one)
We are thinking of creating a wiffle ball field, base paths, mound, fence and even a scoreboard. I am 32 and just remember spending hour upon hour playing ball. Plus, it will keep my "future" kids out of the house and away from the cancer of video games.

I took out a wall and essentially doubled the space of the gym. A friend came over and we did the "OPT vs Bionic" challenge side by side with plenty of room. Two bars, two rings, two pullup bars and a place for burpees with room to spare.
