Pain in the legs

I'm a new at crossfit, and I've did squat not more than 3 times.

For a squat newb, 66lbs are ok?
todays workout was 3-3-3-3-3
Back squat.

Now the left above-the-ankle-place is sore, any explination?

also a few days ago I've started squat, and I noticed a bulge in my right thigh, when I touch it hurts.

Here is a stupid explanation for what I've wrote:

Any chances my squat aren't performed correctly?

and a last question: What If I can't do L pullups, should I do regular pullups? Nothing said in FAQ.

Re: Pain in the legs

A lot of people sub regular pullups. Some also sub knee to chest pullups. Check your flexibility in your ankles, maybe even in your hips. As for a bulge...I think we have some knowledgeable people here who can give you some info.
