Slow with HQ response

I too sent an email to Annie at HQ the other day and havent heard back. I am scheduled for the Coach B Oly cert in 2 weeks and have to cancel due to the birth of my 1st grandkid. This was discussed with Annie back at my Level 2 cert in SD in Aug.

I want to free the space up for someone else to attend possibly and ensure my refund at the same time (as was discussed). Would it be possible to check if Annie received my email and this matter will be settled pls?

Sarena,
Did you contact customerservice@crossfit.com? Annie doesn't schedule certs and stuff; the single point of contact for all of that is customer service. If you have contacted customer service and haven't heard back, let me know and I'll make a call for you.

Thanks Lynne, I sent this to Deanna and hopefully will get a response. I had originally sent to Annie since we had discussed it personally! WIll keep you informed. Much appreciated.

Lynne, I still didnt hear anything as of yet. I want to ensure this is cleared up as ap as I will be leaving the country in 2 days! Thanks for your assistance.
