Chicago or Midwest Crossfit center in the future???

I am new to the site and very happy I found it!! Has there been any talk of a location in the midwest??

Welcome to Crossfit Dave.

I asked a couple of weeks ago if anybody had plans for a facility in our area - no one responded. However, if you (or anybody else who Crossfits) happen to be in the Racine area (between Milwaukee and Chicago) anytime, my home gym is always open.

I'm in Chicago, too. Northside, kinda California and Belmont. I'm currently hitting Quads Gym - they've got most everything you need for the WOD. I think Dave has sold me on the B&W Gym and I may start going there once the membership at Quads is up. That is, unless, Crossfit Chicago pops up. Where are you working out Patrick?

I'm in Evanston. I'm here at Kellogg (Northwestern University). I currently workout at Evanston Athletic Club though it is a far cry from the home gym I have in California and to which I will be returning this summer.

If anyone is in the Madison WI area, I would be happy to have someone suffer through a Crossfit WOD with me. Just one thing - you can't be allergic to cats!

Well, that's five of us. Although were a little scattered to train together on a regular basis, maybe we can find a sixth for some three-on-three hooverball and/or medicine ball games (i.e. least throws and first to goal). Provided you're all interested we might want to wait until the snow clears (or maybe not?).

BTW Just visited Sayre Park in Chicago (BEldon and Oak Park) They have OLY lifting there. I am stopping by Sat when a lot of OLY lifters are suppose to be there. I have to confirm but the price is $20 for 10 weeks. Not bad! It is in the basement and the equipment is old, which is fine with me. Thougth you might want to know Chris.
