Starting For newcomers to the CrossFit methodology

Does everyone just do the WOD or other exercises with them? Something for abs or other areas?

its not that anthony is being short with you, but this question comes up almost once a day.

also, if you look through old threads in this forum you'll find lots of answers to this same question.

Thanks. I don't take things the wrong way. I know everyone is just trying to help. I'm just starting crossfit. I'm loving it though.

Think of the WOD as your foundation to go on and do other things (i.e. learn and play new sports, etc.)

For example, I do the WOD and train martial arts. To specifically answer part of your question, don't worry about abs, or any other specific part of your body. They will get all the attention they need. :msn-wink:
