Hi All,

Firstly let me say that I recently recieved my rings from Tyler and man am I a wus. I love it!!! I have already lent them to several serious athletes I know.

Like everyone else here my primary goal is core fitness however whats left of my vanity still makes we want to increase my muscle size.

Just wondering if it would be unadvisable to continue to do crossfit and add in traditional compound exercises a couple of times a week.

Cheers

The WOD posted on the front page is an example of Crossfit principles. What you'll find if you stick around is that a lot of people and affiliates implement different programs. They follow the same principles, but they use different methods and/or emphasize different traits (strength VS endurance VS skill VS whateveryouwanttoimprove, etc, etc).

Hope that helps. :-)

Chris, welcome to CrossFit!
Make it fit you; the principles are few, and the applications are many.
