Yeah fish up needs to be up.

But overall proper sleep and nutrition and light exercise (for those where arthritis is already a factor) are more anti-inflammatory (and cheaper) than smashing down the fish oil.

Get the sleep and nutrition and light exercise in line... then supplement with fish oil and it should help signficantly.
