7:12 flat. Brought my wife along today and she did it in a little over 10. It was a nice day today!

2:08 for 50 burpees...then, continued with 50 double unders, then 30 burpees, 30 double unders, 10 burpees, 10 double unders. Total workout time: 6:28. Not too hard

4:18, but I only jumped to 6 inches overhead, since I did a power clean workout beforehand and quite simply couldn't jump a foot with any consistency. As it was, I had to rejump a half-dozen times.

My guess is your form was horrible to be that fast. Yes, you can have crap form on a burpee. I watch people go on their toes all the time - heels should be on the ground.

Call me a pain in the *** on form, but I'm guessing you didn't have it.

Steven Anderson that time is unreal , were you doing sprawls instead of Burpees?


My time ended up being 6:50.......not to bad, I was going strong till I hit #30 and then I slowed down big time, plus I was working on form. Throw form out the window and my time might of been in the 5 minute range.

What a nice quick little WOD to finish up the week. I'm going to do 100 burpees for time in a week or so to see where I stand on that.

I agree, it's important to be strict on form here, especially since the WOD prescribes a jump 1 foot above reach.

That video is awesome, burpee/muscle-ups ? Interesting :stir:

4:15 and I thought I took it kind of slow. Maybe I wasn't jumping high enough. This may just be an area my body is made for though. Only 150lbs and pushups are a definite strength.

I've never thought about form with these. I will next time I will remember to pay attention to my heels.

I did 50 in 4:52, and feel damn good about that time. I'll never forget the first time I did burpees. I went from feeling fine to gasping for air in under a minute. Now I love(/hate) them.
