This style of CrossFit is heavily influenced by military training. In this specific video they use a lot of urban settings for their workouts, check it out.

Chris,
Welcome. Good first post. You made the following mistakes: 1) Posted a non-affiliate video of a gym that is ripping off CrossFit 2) Promoted a gym that claims to be a non-profit supporting Vets - yet their status is "pending" with no documentation on the site. No mention I hope I am wrong, but at this rate, your shelf life here won't be long. Thanks, Josh |
