Just a quick follow up...

Had benefit of a coach today to watch my squat. Focused hard on going past parallel (A to G). End result is that I need to reset my Back Squat by dropping 15-20 lbs...essentially 2 weeks of what I thought was progression using GSLP. Also determined that my stance was a bit narrow and limiting my depth in the squat.

Thanks again everyone for all the input...now I can make some REAL progress.

Pick a spot on the wall or rack when you are warming up that is past parallel or where you want to hit. During the warmups if you consistently make it to that mark it should become easier to instinctively do it on heavier sets.
