Since Tuesday's workout, (I did high weight lat pull downs instead of pullups) my left bicep has been hurting. My left arm is tight, and it's painful to fully extend the arm. I've just been using heat and ibuprofen. Any thoughts?

I would have used ice periodically for the first 48 hours, not heat...
