Move Fast Lift Heavy

Anyone follow Kane's programming? Any thoughts? I've been thinking of diving in but wanted to hear some others opinions. It seems to be strength/hypertrophy focused which is aligned with my current goals. Thanks.

Looks interesting.

I'd rather see Snatches before Snatch Pulls but whatever.

Re: Move Fast Lift Heavy

Here is a vid of Sam. Our best overall female. This was her 1RM C&J, and really hard about 2 months ago. She hit it today for a BB Complex of 1 Clean + 1 FS + 2 Split Jerks.

http://youtu.be/__JNakBRF9o (w/f/s)

Usually have the camera out a lot, haven't lately.

Some stats.

I have 3 men squat over 500lbs, over 10 over 400lbs. 2 Women over 300lbs on squat(1 @ 330), and 4 total over 275. Best male deadlift here is 650 and a bunch over 500. Best female is 400 and over 10 with 300+. Etc.. so on and so forth.

To put it lightly, we like the weights

Re: Move Fast Lift Heavy

Nice video.

Damn it that was basically my workout today but it was 2 cleans+push jerk then split jerk. At least they kind of end up being my light day but I really hate the 2 jerks after the cleans (and I was for awhile playing around with 4, 2 from the front, 2 from the rear).
