At my local gym they do not have a row machine, can i use a keiser instead? and if so what would be the equal value rowing meters to using a keiser?

Re: Instead of rowing...

At my box we use running for a sub for rowing. A 1000m row is equivalent to an 800m run for us.

Many people have knee problems so when we run 800m, they row 1000m.
