I probably will be the only one to admit it...but after Friday's cross-fit workout I can barely walk and I cant put my arms over my head.

I didn't notice anything at first...it just seemed like a regualar cross-fit workout....but the following day I felt like a wild cow had her way with me .

Ninja.....no need to punish us anymore Delgado's workout was not better than yours!!!!

I would have replied sooner, but I have only just been able to lift my arms enough to reach the keyboard. I took a sick day yesterday because I couldn't get off of my toilet; Erik and Frank, you must have been san******ging.

Eugene,
135 is only 60% of my body weight. I should probably go heavier. That, and I have thrown around a million hay bales and watermelons up onto a truck in my lifetime, lol..
