I was listening to talk radio yesterday and they had the guy who survived the firefight when LT. Murphy was killed. He has written a book about it called The Sole Survivor. It sounds like a very worthwhile read.

Very interesting to get the real deal behind the scenes information. Murphy is a household name in the CrossFit community!

The problem with books like that are that often times certain events will be exaggerated, as anyone who remembers Bravo Two Zero will attest.
